S.I. No. 242/2018 - Companies Act 2014 (Forms) (No. 2) Regulations 2018

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 13th July, 2018.

I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Finance in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 12 and 1401A of the Companies Act 2014 (No. 38 of 2014), hereby make the following regulations:

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Companies Act 2014 (Forms) (No. 2) Regulations 2018.

(2) These Regulations shall come into operation on 16 July 2018.

2. The form set out in the Schedule (Form FS1) is prescribed for the purposes of section 1401A(2) (inserted by section 86 of the Companies (Accounting) Act 2017 (No. 9 of 2017)) of the Companies Act 2014 (No. 38 of 2014).
