S.I. No. 391/2018 - Harbours Act 2015 (Dún Laoghaire Harbour Company Transfer and Dissolution Day) Order 2018

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 5th October, 2018.

I, SHANE ROSS, Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 28 of the Harbours Act 2015 (No. 61 of 2015), with the consent of the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform and the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government (as adapted by the Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2017 ( S.I. No. 358 of 2017 )), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Harbours Act 2015 (Dún Laoghaire Harbour Company Transfer and Dissolution Day) Order 2018.

2. The day appointed as the day for—

(a) the dissolution without winding up of Dún Laoghaire Harbour Company, and

(b) the transfer of Dún Laoghaire Harbour Company’s harbour to Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council,

is 3 October 2018.
