S.I. No. 439/2018 - Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection) Order 2018

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 26th October, 2018.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection, and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection) Order 2018.

2. Mr Alex Connolly, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Employment Affairs and Social Protection, Áras Mhic Dhiarmada, Store Street, Dublin 1, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection with effect from 1 October 2018.
