S.I. No. 23/2019 - Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2011 (Commencement) Order 2019

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 5th February, 2019.

I, EOGHAN MURPHY, Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (5) of section 1 of the Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2011 (No. 20 of 2011) (as adapted by the Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2017 ( S.I. No. 358 of 2017 )) hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2011 (Commencement) Order 2019.

2. The 31st day of January 2019 is appointed to be the day on which section 48 of the Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2011 (No. 20 of 2011) shall, in so far as it is not already in operation, come into operation.
