S.I. No. 268/2020 - Microenterprise Loan Fund (Amendment) Act 2020 (Commencement) Order 2020

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 4th August, 2020.

I, LEO VARADKAR, Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 9 (2) of the Microenterprise Loan Fund (Amendment) Act 2020 (No. 3 of 2020), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Microenterprise Loan Fund (Amendment) Act 2020 (Commencement) Order 2020.

2. The 20th day of July 2020 is appointed as the day on which the Microenterprise Loan Fund (Amendment) Act 2020 (No. 3 of 2020) shall come into operation.
