Amendment of section 3 of Principal Act | ||

3. Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended— | ||
(a) in paragraph (e), by the substitution of “agency,” for “agency, or”, | ||
(b) in paragraph (f), by the substitution of “service, or” for “service,”, and | ||
(c) by the insertion of the following paragraph after paragraph (f): | ||
“(g) a person appointed by a county registrar or sheriff for the execution of a certificate under section 960L of the Taxes Consolidation Act 1997 ,”. |
