Amendment of section 18 of Principal Act

10. Section 18 of the Principal Act is amended—

(a) by the insertion of “or the Minister for Education” after “Minister” where “Minister” first occurs in that section, and

(b) by the substitution of “the Agency, the Minister or the Minister for Education” for “the Agency or the Minister”.
