Amendment of section 48 of Principal Act

22. Section 48 of the Principal Act is amended—

(a) in subsection (1)—

(i) by the substitution of “the Performance Statements” for “a Performance Statement”, and

(ii) by the insertion of “or, in respect of the education welfare functions of the Agency, the Minister for Education,” after “Minister”,

and

(b) in subsection (3), by the insertion of “or the Minister for Education” after “Minister”.
