S.I. No. 266/2022 - Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Health) Order 2022

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 27th May, 2022.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Health and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Health) Order 2022.

2. Darren Hourihane, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Health, Block 1, Miesian Plaza, 50-58 Lower Baggot Street, Dublin 2 is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Mary Butler, Minister of State at the Department of Health, on a temporary basis, with effect from 28 February 2022.
