S.I. No. 335/2022 - Companies (Corporate Enforcement Authority) Act 2021 (Commencement) Order 2022

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 8th July, 2022.

I, LEO VARADKAR, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) of the Companies (Corporate Enforcement Authority) Act 2021 (No. 48 of 2021), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Companies (Corporate Enforcement Authority) Act 2021 (Commencement) Order 2022.

2. The 6th day of July 2022 is appointed as the day on which the Companies (Corporate Enforcement Authority) Act 2021 (No. 48 of 2021), other than section 35, shall come into operation.
