59. The Act of 1936 is amended by the insertion of the following section after section 2: | ||
“Definitions | ||
2A. In this Act— | ||
‘Act of 2024’ means the Family Courts Act 2024; | ||
‘family law proceedings’ has the same meaning as it has in section 2 of the Act of 2024.”. |
