S.I. No. 157/2024 - Appointment of Special Adviser (TÁnaiste, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Minister for Defence) Order 2024

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 5th April, 2024.

The Government, on the request of the Tánaiste, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Minister for Defence and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Tánaiste, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Minister for Defence) Order 2024.

2. Charlotte Simpson, particulars whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of the Taoiseach, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs with effect from 20 November 2023.

3. Charlotte Simpson, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of the Taoiseach, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Tánaiste and Minister for Defence with effect from 20 November 2023.
