The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 231 of the Policing, Security and Community Safety Act 2024 (No. 1 of 2024), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Policing, Security and Community Safety Act 2024 (oifig an Scrúdaitheora Neamhspleách um Reachtaíocht Slándála) (Establishment Day) Order 2025. | ||
2. The 2nd day of April 2025 is appointed to be the establishment day of oifig an Scrúdaitheora Neamhspleách um Reachtaíocht Slándála for the purposes of Part 7 of the Policing, Security and Community Safety Act 2024 (No. 1 of 2024). | ||
