Designation under Regulation 3 of the European Communities (General Food Law) Regulations 2007 ( S.I. No. 747 of 2007 ) and Regulation 23 of the European Union (Food Additives) Regulations 2015 ( S.I. No. 330 of 2015 )

I, JENNIFER CARROLL MACNEILL, Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Regulation 3 of the European Communities (General Food Law) Regulations 2007 ( S.I. No. 747 of 2007 ) and Regulation 23 of the European Union (Food Additives) Regulations 2015 ( S.I. No. 330 of 2015 ), make the following designations:
