The Government, on the request of the Tánaiste and Minister for Finance and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: | ||||||
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Tánaiste and Minister for Finance) Order 2026. | ||||||
2. Each person mentioned in the Schedule, particulars of each of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Finance, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Tánaiste and Minister for Finance with effect from the date opposite mention of that person. | ||||||
