Declaration to be taken by Valuers.

XXVIII. Before any Valuer shall enter upon the Valuation under this Act he shall in the Presence of a Justice of the Peace make and subscribe the following Declaration; (that is to say,)

‘I A.B. do declare, That I will faithfully, to the best of my Ability, value, hear, and determine the Matters referred to me under the Copy hold Acts. A.B.

‘Made and subscribed in the Presence of.’ And such Declaration shall be annexed to the Schedule of Valuation, when made; and if any Valuer, having made such Declaration, shall wilfully act contrary thereto, he shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor.
