Saving in respect of buildings, &c. vested in the Crown.

32. All buildings, offices, and premises vested in, or in the occupation of Her Majesty the Queen, either beneficially or as part of the hereditary revenues of the Crown, or in trust for the public service, or for public purposes, or in the occupation of any department of Her Majesty’s Government, or used or employed for public purposes, shall be and are hereby exempted from the provisions of this Act, and also from the provisions of the Public Health (Ireland) Acts, 1878 to 1890: . . . .
