THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES (MUTUAL ASSURANCE) ACT, 1935.

The Minister for Local Government and Public Health in exercise of the power conferred on him by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Local Authorities (Mutual Assurance) Act, 1935 , hereby orders and declares that every local body authority or board, which is named and described in the Schedule to this Order, shall be a local authority for the purposes and within the meaning of the Local Authorities (Mutual Assurance) Acts of 1926 and 1928.
