TRADE BOARDS (WOMEN'S CLOTHING AND MILLINERY) ORDER, 1926 (VARIATION) ORDER, 1944.

The Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (1) of section 2 of the Trade Boards Act, 1918, as adapted by or under subsequent enactments, and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling, hereby makes the following special order :

1 Short title and commencement. 
 |   
1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the Trade Boards (Women's Clothing and Millinery) Order, 1926 (Variation) Order, 1944.

 |  | 
(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 26th day of September, 1944. 
  |

2 Variation of Trade Boards (Women's Clothing and Millinery) Order, 1926. 
 |   
2. The Trade Boards (Women's Clothing and Millinery) Order, 1926 (S.R. & O., No. 8 Of 1926), is hereby varied by the addition to the exclusions specified in the Appendix of the following exclusion :

"(i) The making of hoods which— 
  | 
 |  | 
(I) are for women's or female children's head-gear, and 
  | 
 |  | 
(II) are made from materials which, at any stage in the making of the hoods, are felted in the premises in which the hoods are made."
