LOCAL AUTHORITIES (OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES) ACT, 1926 (HEALTH INSPECTORS) ORDER, 1948.

The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers vested in him by paragraph (c) of sub-section (1) of Section 2 of the Local Authorities (Officers and Employees) Act, 1926 , by this his Order, with the concurrence of the Local Appointments Commissioners, hereby orders and declares as follows:—

(1) The office of Health Inspector under a Corporation of a County Borough or a Council of a County shall be an office to which the said Act applies.

(2) This Order may be cited as the Local Authorities (Officers and Employees) Act, 1926 (Health Inspectors) Order, 1948.
