Increases of allowances under section 4 of the Act of 1953.

29.—Subsection (1) of section 4 of the Act of 1953 (which provides for allowances to certain relatives of certain deceased persons with pre-truce military service) is hereby amended in the following respects—

(1) in paragraph (a), “£331” shall be substituted for “£315” (inserted by section 25 of the Increase Act of 1962),
|
|
| |
(2) in paragraphs (aa) and (ab) (inserted by section 8 of the Act of 1959), “£166” shall be substituted for “£158” (inserted by section 25 of the Increase Act of 1962),
|
|
| |
(3) in paragraph (b), “£238 10s.” shall be substituted for “£227” (inserted by section 25 of the Increase Act of 1962), and
|
|
| |
(4) in paragraphs (c) and (d), “£166” shall be substituted for “£158” (inserted by section 25 of the Increase Act of 1962).
