Definitions. |
1.—In this Act— | |
“the Act of 1946” means the Censorship of Publications Act, 1946 ; | ||
“the Appeal Board” and “book” have the meanings respectively assigned to them by section 1 of the Act of 1946; | ||
“prohibition order” means an order under section 6 of the Censorship of Publications Act, 1929 , or section 7 of the Act of 1946. |
