WINE DUTY (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1969.

The Revenue Commissioners, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 15 of the Finance Act, 1966 (No. 17 of 1966), hereby make the following regulations:

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Wine Duty (Amendment) Regulations, 1969.

(2) The Wine Duty Regulations, 1966 ( S.I. No. 160 of 1966 ), and these Regulations may be cited together as the Wine Duty Regulations, 1966 and 1969.

2. The Wine Duty Regulations, 1966, are hereby amended—

(a) by the deletion of " for exportation or shipment as stores in the second place where it occurs in Regulation 3 (2) (f), and

(b) by the deletion of that phrase in Regulation 7 (2).
