Particulars in petition.

6.—A petition shall specify—
|
|
| |
(a) the local election to which it relates,
|
|
| |
(b) the grounds on which it is based,
|
|
| |
(c) the remedy it seeks, and
|
|
| |
(d) the name and address of the petitioner and his solicitor or agent, if any,
|
|
| |
and shall be signed by the petitioner.
