WOOL MARKETING (WOOL EXPORTER'S LICENCE) (FEE) REGULATIONS, 1974.

I, MARK CLINTON, Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 8 (1) of the Wool Marketing Act, 1968 (No. 26 of 1968), and with the consent of the Minister for Finance, hereby make the following regulations :

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Wool Marketing (Wool Exporter's Licence) (Fee) Regulations, 1974.

2. £20 is hereby fixed as the fee to be paid pursuant to section 8 (1) of the Wool Marketing Act, 1968 (No. 26 of 1968), in respect of an application for a licence under section 7 of that Act.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations prescribe a fee of £20 to accompany an application for a licence to carry on the business of exporting wool.
