BOROUGH OF DROGHEDA LOCAL ELECTORAL AREAS ORDER, 1967, (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1974.

The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers vested in him by section 35 of the Local Government Act, 1941 (No. 23 of 1941), hereby orders as follows:—

1. The Borough of Drogheda Local Electoral Areas Order, 1967 ( S.I. No. 22 of 1967 ) is hereby revoked.

2. This Order may be cited as the Borough of Drogheda Local Electoral Areas Order, 1967, (Revocation) Order, 1974.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to make the borough of Drogheda a single electoral area for the purpose of local elections.
