HEALTH SERVICES REGULATIONS, 1972 (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1975.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 5 of the Health Act, 1947 (No. 28 of 1947) and sections 59 and 72 of the Health Act, 1970 (No. 1 of 1970) hereby makes the following Regulations:—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Health Services Regulations, 1972 (Amendment) Regulations, 1975.

2. Sub-article (1) of article 6 of the Health Services Regulations, 1972 ( S.I. No. 88 of 1972 ) is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

These regulations will enable health boards to provide drugs under the general medical service otherwise than through contracting pharmacists.
