Display of occasional trading permits. |
5.—(1) A person engaging in occasional trading to which section 3 of this Act applies shall display the occasional trading permit relating to the trading in such a position at or near the place where he is carrying on the trading as to be clearly visible and easily legible to members of the public at the place. | |
(2) A person who contravenes this section shall be guilty of an offence. |
