The Director. |
7.—(1) The Governing Body shall, with the approval of the Minister, from time to time appoint in a whole-time capacity a person to be the chief officer of the Institute and such officer is in this Act referred to as “the Director”. | |
(2) The provisions of the Second Schedule to this Act shall apply to the Director. |
