S.I. No. 264/1981 - Worker Participation (Electricity Supply Board) (Nomination Day) Regulations, 1981.

I, LIAM KAVANAGH, Minister for Labour, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 6 (2) of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977) hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Worker Participation (Electricity Supply Board) (Nomination Day) Regulations, 1981.

2. The 15th day of October, 1981, is in relation to the election to be held in 1981 pursuant to the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), as regards the Electricity Supply Board, hereby fixed as the nomination day.

These regulations appoint 15th October, 1981, as the day on which the nominations of candidates at an election held under the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 , in the Electricity Supply Board shall be received by the returning officer.
