S.I. No. 264/1981 - Worker Participation (Electricity Supply Board) (Nomination Day) Regulations, 1981.
I, LIAM KAVANAGH, Minister for Labour, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 6 (2) of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977) hereby make the following regulations:  | ||||||||
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Worker Participation (Electricity Supply Board) (Nomination Day) Regulations, 1981.  | ||||||||
2. The 15th day of October, 1981, is in relation to the election to be held in 1981 pursuant to the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), as regards the Electricity Supply Board, hereby fixed as the nomination day.  | ||||||||

These regulations appoint 15th October, 1981, as the day on which the nominations of candidates at an election held under the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 , in the Electricity Supply Board shall be received by the returning officer.  |
