HOUSING ACT, 1988 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1990.

The Minister for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 31 (9) of the Housing Act, 1988 (No. 28 of 1988), hereby orders as follows:—

1. This order may be cited as the Housing Act, 1988 (Commencement) Order, 1990.

2. Sections 3 , 25 and 26 of the Housing Act, 1988 , shall come into operation generally on the 16th day of February, 1990.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order brings sections 3 , 25 and 26 of the Housing Act, 1988 , into operation with effect from 16th February, 1990.
