DERELICT SITES (COMMENCEMENT OF DERELICT SITES LEVY) REGULATIONS, 1991.

The Minister for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 4 and 23 (1) of the Derelict Sites Act, 1990 (No. 14 of 1990), hereby makes the following Regulations:—

1 Citation.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Derelict Sites (Commencement of Derelict Sites Levy) Regulations, 1991.

2 Commencement.

2. The year 1992 is hereby prescribed as the year in which the derelict sites levy shall begin.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations prescribe 1992 as the year in which the derelict sites levy under the Derelict Sites Act, 1990 shall come into operation.
