NATIONAL SOCIAL SERVICE BOARD (MEMBERSHIP) REGULATIONS, 1995.

The Minister for Social Welfare in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (7) of section 6 of the National Social Service Board Act, 1984 (No. 2 of 1984), hereby makes the following Regulations:

1 Citation.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Social Service Board (Membership) Regulations, 1995.

2 Number of members.

2. The maximum number of members of the Board, in addition to the chairman and vice-chairman, specified in section 6 (1) of the National Social Service Board Act, 1984 is hereby varied by the substitution of "fifteen" for "ten".

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations provide for an increase in the number of members of the National Social Service Board, in addition to the chairman and vice-chairman, from ten to fifteen.
