BUILDING REGULATIONS ADVISORY BODY ORDER, 1995. (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1996.

The Minister for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 14 of the Building Control Act, 1990 (No. 3 of 1990), hereby orders as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Building Regulations Advisory Body Order, 1995 (Amendment) Order, 1996.

2. The Schedule to the Building Regulations Advisory Body Order, 1995, ( S.I. No. 190 of 1995 ) is hereby amended by the substitution of "Michael McCarthy" for "Michael O'Connell".

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order changes the membership of the Building Regulations Advisory Body by the substitution of Mr. Michael McCarthy for Mr. Michael O'Connell.
