Amendment of Article 28 of the Constitution. |
1.—Article 28 of the Constitution is hereby amended as follows: | |
(a) the subsection the text of which is set out in Part I of the Schedule to this Act shall be inserted after subsection 2° of section 4 of the Irish text, | ||
(b) the subsection the text of which is set out in Part II of the Schedule to this Act shall be inserted after subsection 2° of section 4 of the English text, | ||
(c) subsection 3° of section 4 of both texts shall be numbered as subsection 4°. |
