53.— A Body shall be deemed to be— | |
(a) a State authority for the purposes of section 13 of the Statute of Limitations, 1957, and | ||
(b) an appropriate State authority for the purposes of section 70 of the Landlord and Tenant (Amendment) Act, 1980 . |
