Twenty-Seventh Amendment of the Constitution Act, 2004

Amendment of Article 9 of the Constitution. |
1.—Article 9 of the Constitution is hereby amended as follows: | |
(a) the section, the text of which is set out in Part 1 of the Schedule to this Act, shall be inserted after section 1 of the Irish text, | ||
(b) the section, the text of which is set out in Part 2 of the Schedule to this Act, shall be inserted after section 1 of the English text, and | ||
(c) section 2 of both texts shall be numbered as section 3. |
