Amendment of section 959AP of Principal Act (payment of preliminary tax by direct debit)

100. Section 959AP of the Principal Act is amended—

(a) in subsection (1)(a), by the deletion of “in accordance with subsection (2)”, and

(b) by the deletion of subsections (2), (3) and (4).
