Amendment of section 21 of Principal Act
13. Section 21 of the Principal Act is amended—
(a) by the substitution, in subsection (1), of “section 18 or 18A, as the case may be” for “section 18”, and
(b) by the substitution, in subsection (4)(a), of “section 18(3) or 18A(4), as the case may be” for “section 18(3)”.
