Amendment of section 17 of Principal Act

11. Section 17 of the Principal Act is amended—
|
|
| |
(a) in subsection (2), by the substitution of the following paragraph for paragraph (a):
|
|
| |
“(a) a Deputy Ombudsman;”,
|
|
| |
and
|
|
| |
(b) in subsection (5), by the substitution of the following paragraph for paragraph (b):
|
|
| |
“(b) a Deputy Ombudsman,”.
|
