S.I. No. 132/2025 - Road Traffic and Roads Act 2023 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2025

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 16th May, 2025.

I, DARRAGH O’BRIEN, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Road Traffic and Roads Act 2023 (No. 16 of 2023) hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic and Roads Act 2023 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2025.

2. The 19th day of May 2025 is appointed as the day on which paragraphs (c), (f), (h) and (j) of section 5 of the Road Traffic and Roads Act 2023 (No. 16 of 2023) shall come into operation.
