I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1(2) of the Finance (Local Property Tax and Other Provisions) (Amendment) Act 2025 (No. 6 of 2025), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Finance (Local Property Tax and Other Provisions) (Amendment) Act 2025 (Commencement) Order 2025. | ||
2. In this Order, “Act of 2025” means the Finance (Local Property Tax and Other Provisions) (Amendment) Act 2025 (No. 6 of 2025). | ||
3. Subject to Article 4, the 21st day of July 2025 is appointed as the day on which Parts 1 and 2 of the Act of 2025 shall come into operation. | ||
4. The 1st day of January 2026 is appointed as the day on which section 9 of the Act of 2025 shall come into operation. | ||
