S.I. No. 468/2025 - Health (Assisted Human Reproduction) Act 2024 (Commencement) Order 2025

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

I, JENNIFER CARROLL MACNEILL, Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (4) of the Health (Assisted Human Reproduction) Act 2024 (No. 18 of 2024), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Health (Assisted Human Reproduction) Act 2024 (Commencement) Order 2025.

2. The 13th day of October 2025 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Health (Assisted Human Reproduction) Act 2024 (No. 18 of 2024) shall come into operation:

(a) Part 1, other than section 6;

(b) Part 9, other than sections 124 and 151;

(c) Schedule 1.
