S.I. No. 471/2025 - Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Health and the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage) Order 2025

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 7th October, 2025.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Health and the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Health and the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage) Order 2025.

2. Leah McDonald, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Health, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Kieran O’Donnell, Minister of State at the Department of Health, with effect from 21 July 2025.

3. Leah McDonald, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Health, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Kieran O’Donnell, Minister of State at the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, with effect from 21 July 2025.

The purpose of this Order is to appoint a Special Adviser to Minister O’Donnell, Minister of State at the Department of Health and the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage.
