The Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 36 of the Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013 (No. 15 of 2013), and for the purpose of giving full effect to Regulation (EU) 2016/429 of 9 March 20161 , Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/689 of 17 December 20192 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/687 of 17 December 20193 , in so far as those Regulations apply to Avian Influenza, make the following regulations: | ||
1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Avian Influenza (Temporary Measures) (Revocation) (No.2) Regulations 2025. | ||
(2) These Regulations come into operation on 14th December 2025. | ||
2. The following Regulations are revoked: | ||
(a) the Avian Influenza (Temporary Measures) Regulations 2025 ( S.I. No. 535 of 2025 ), and | ||
(b) the Avian Influenza (Temporary Measures) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2025 ( S.I. No. 580 of 2025 ). | ||
