S.I. No. 615/2025 - Credit Institutions (Eligible Liabilities Guarantee) (Revocation) Scheme 2025

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 26th December, 2025.

I, SIMON HARRIS, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 6 (4) of the Credit Institutions (Financial Support) Act 2008 (No. 18 of 2008), hereby make the following scheme, a draft of which has been laid before each House of the Oireachtas pursuant to section 6 (5) of that Act, and a resolution approving of the draft having been passed by each such House:

1. This Scheme may be cited as the Credit Institutions (Eligible Liabilities Guarantee) (Revocation) Scheme 2025.

2. The Credit Institutions (Eligible Liabilities Guarantee) Scheme 2009 ( S.I. No. 490 of 2009 ) is revoked.
