I, DARRAGH O’BRIEN, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 6 of the Merchant Shipping (Investigation of Marine Accidents) Act 2025 (No. 2 of 2025), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Investigation of Marine Accidents) Act 2025 (Appointed Day) Order 2025. | ||
2. The day appointed as the appointed day for the purposes of the Merchant Shipping (Investigation of Marine Accidents) Act 2025 is 1st January 2026. | ||
