S.I. No. 134/2026 - Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage) Order 2026

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 3rd April, 2026.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister of State at the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage) Order 2026.

2. Hannah Hamilton, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to Christopher O’Sullivan, Minister of State at the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage with effect from 14 November 2025.
