S.I. No. 155/2026 - Taxes Consolidation Act 1997 (Living City Initiative) (Special Regeneration Area) (Drogheda) Order 2026

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 17th April, 2026.

I, SIMOM HARRIS, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 372AAA of the Taxes Consolidation Act 1997 (No. 39 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Taxes Consolidation Act 1997 (Living City Initiative) (Special Regeneration Area) (Drogheda) Order 2026.

2. The area in Drogheda indicated by red lines on the map attached to this order, is specified as a special regeneration area for the purposes of Chapter 13 of Part 10 of the Act.
