S.I. No. 214/2026 - Avian Influenza (Biosecurity measures) Regulations 2025 (Revocation) Regulations 2026

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

I, Martin Heydon, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 36 of the Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013 (No. 15 of 2013), make the following regulations:

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Avian Influenza (Biosecurity measures) Regulations 2025 (Revocation) Regulations 2026.

(2) These Regulations come into operation on 22 May 2026.

2. The Avian Influenza (Biosecurity measures) Regulations 2025 ( S.I. No. 520 of 2025 ) are revoked.
